Sangria is a traditional fruit-based wine “punch” with roots in Spain and Portugal dating back as far as the Middle Ages but has now since become popular all around the world as a refreshing summer cocktail that won’t break the budget.

Sangria is a light cocktail that’s adaptable and delicious. You can make sangria as dry or sweet as you like by your choice of wine such as red, white, rosé, or even sparkling wines.

Best served in a wine glass. Fill the bottle with suggested wine. Allow to infuse for 3-5 hours. Strain approx. 150ml of infused mix over ice and top up with soda water. Garnish sangrias with a slice of orange.
