VODKA SPRITZER TWIN PACK

With its German/Austrian origins, the humble spritzer took a make-over by the Italians, with the use of sparkling wine, prosecco, instead of flat wine, creating a deliciously sweet cocktail that opens up the aromatics of the individual spritzer flavor. These bubbly sippers are an excellent way to just cool off on a hot summer night. Best enjoyed served in a wine glass over ice.

Fill bottle with vodka. Allow to infuse for 3-5 hours. Strain a generous shot of infused mix over ice and top up with soda water. Optional to also add a splash of prosecco for a more traditional spritzer. Garnish Berry Spritzer with berries and Peach Spritzer with a slice of peach.
